1. Overview

At Draxylonthchitax, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds in accordance with EU consumer protection laws, including your right of withdrawal.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

3.1 Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event no later than:

  • 14 days from the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • 14 days from the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3.2 Return Shipping

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The estimated maximum cost of returning the goods depends on the size and weight of the package and your location.

3.3 Condition of Returned Goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

4. Conditions for Returns

4.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned within the 14-day withdrawal period
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery (this includes opened dietary supplements)
  • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

Important: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed dietary supplement products.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

5.1 Reporting Defects

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at talk@draxylonthchitax.world with:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photographs of the damage (if applicable)

5.2 Remedies for Defective Products

For defective products, in accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to have the goods:

  • Repaired or replaced free of charge, or
  • Receive an appropriate price reduction, or
  • Have the contract terminated and receive a full refund

We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products.

5.3 Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, you benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum period of 2 years from delivery. During this period, we are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery.

For consumers in the Netherlands, this legal guarantee is interpreted in line with Dutch consumer law and the principle of conformity.

  2. Receive Confirmation: We will send you confirmation and return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package the Goods: Pack the items securely in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days

7. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refund credited to your card within 5-10 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer: Refund processed within 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: Refund processed according to the payment provider's standard procedures

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
